Keith and Misti’s story began in February 2019 after meeting at their home church. They soon discovered they had very similar stories. Though circumstances were different, Keith and Misti realized their journey through grief and healing were much the same. They knew quickly that God had brought them together for a God-given purpose, which is to tell their testimony of emotional healing and the restoring power of God. The Sammons were married on June 29, 2019, and they have begun to fulfill their mandate to tell those who are grieving that beauty can indeed come from ashes.

Meet Keith and Misti
Keith and Misti both lost their first spouses.
Misti’s husband, Scott, was killed in a private plane crash in 2010, and Keith’s wife, Sandi, passed away from cancer in 2017. Both the unexpected and the long endured tragedies that they experienced left them with insight on the different forms of grief.
In spite of these tragedies, God has ministered emotional healing to both of them in miraculous ways. These two share how God is able to heal, to restore, and to give life again in the face of death.
